Payments and refunds

Tell us the email address you paid with and, if you have it, the payment reference from your receipt. For card payments you can also contact Creem from your receipt.

Withdraw from a purchase

If the law gives you a right to withdraw (for example, consumers in Argentina within 10 calendar days of the crowning), write to support@internetmonarchy.com with the subject “Withdrawal”, the email address you paid with and the date of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason or create an account. We reply within 24 hours with a withdrawal code and refund you through the same payment method.

Your data

To access, correct, delete or anonymise your data, or to object to its use, write to us from the email address you used. See the privacy policy for details.

Reporting content

Use the Report button on the throne. For a formal notice of illegal content, email us with the reign concerned (name and date), why you believe it is illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith. We will tell you what we decided.
